These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Flip Trading Co through our website. Please read them before placing an order.

Products
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Many of our products are pre-owned or individual items. Where applicable, signs of previous use, wear, marks, defects or other relevant characteristics will be described or shown in the product listing.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Unless otherwise stated, the purchase relates only to the item and accessories specifically described or shown as included in the product listing.
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges shown at checkout.
We may change our prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.
Placing an order
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment has not been authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Your order may not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.
Delivery
We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses using the delivery options shown at checkout.
Our standard UK delivery charge is currently £3.99, with free standard UK delivery on qualifying orders of £100 or more.
Delivery charges and thresholds may change in the future. The applicable charge will always be shown at checkout before you place your order.
We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Availability
Many products sold by Flip Trading Co are individual items with only one available.
We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where necessary.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our returns policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty or incorrectly described goods
Goods supplied by Flip Trading Co must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact enquiries@shop.fliptradingco.co.uk as soon as possible.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights available under the laws applicable where you live.
